hi. I'm 17, 6 foot 1. 150 pounds.
I am skinny but not toned(if that makes any sense?!) plus my chest does that wierd thing where it makes a bowl and my ribs stick out.
I don't want to be a body builder. I don't wan't to be able to bench a kabillion pounds. I just want to look tone, fit, and all around be healthy. what are the steps i need to take to get like this? should i concentrate more on weightlifting or cardio? i am a vegiatarian so what do i need to do with my diet to make this happen? help me please

being a vegan will make it very challenging

Yes being vegan will make it challenging, but not impossible. I would do a mix of both weightlifting and cardio in order to accomplish your goal.

I heard from someone that if you lift alot of weights but dont eat alot, you'll get super ripped looking. is that true? is that healthy?

well without meat you gonna have to use alot of imcomplete proteins.....and combine them to make them complete.......do you eat eggs and or milk?
I'd cut the cardio out compltelty since you don't have a body fat problem........
Working out with out eating? Thats like building a house out of dirt.......it works.....but whats the house look like? Does it stay up long?

Are you vegan or vegi? Mike Mahler is a vegan strength coach. His site has some good articles http://www.mikemahler.com/articles.html
Personally I think vegans are unhealthy. Vegetarian may work for some, but not for me. I got way too skinny.

i'm a vegetarian... i eat milk and eggs. I agree with you on the vegan part, it is almost impossible for them to get all the right nutrients and stuff... even with suplements.
so about the weight training... how do I do it so I dont bulk up too much? How much protein should i get a day? how much fiber? i am so lost when it comes to this stuff

If you don't want to bulk up- make sure you hit the cardio.....
