With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I am currently in Iraq for another 4 months, and have been working out on a regular basis, I am 5-10 200 and looking to drop my weight down to 180. I work out regulary with weights and do my cardio. Just looking for a good work out program to follow, or any supplements I could take.
