any good recipes out there that i can make at my house? i got a tub of whey protein at my disposal as well.

oh yea....ever since i started taking whey protein and working out, my appetite went through the roof!!!! is this normal or what?lol

oh yea another thing...lol... I love water now, before i used to never drink it, now im drinking like 3/4 gallon a day and havent touched the cases of pop and iced tea in my basement.

ANybody have any recommendations on how to incorporate some peanut butter into my diet? PB & J sandwiches?
