im a skinny guy trying to bulkup. Right now i'm taking half a serving before a workout and half after. Im also having a serving with milk before i go to bed at night. Is that good? or should i have another serving or perhaps double up one of the servings in a shake? thanks ... oh yea, each serving is 20 g protein
looks good to me.... but you need to look at your diet as a hole and not just your shakes. If your diet isnt the best, the shakes will be just a waste of time and money. Also if your workout isn't good, the same applies... waste of time and effort.
