Hi, im 14 years old. Only a few months ago i weighed 207 lbs. i choked on a preztle and had trauma to my trachea. I stoped eating for a month becuase i had anxiety and a sinus infection. I lost about 35 lbs. I was down to 170 lbs. ever sinse i was able to eat about a week and a half ago i have only started putting back on weight i now weigh 175 lbs. I am back on a diet trying to loose the weight i have tried to loose my hole life. I need some one here to help me and encourage me to keep going. some one like me that i can encourage aswell. Please reply i also need help with being on a diet i realy dont know how to do it. I realy want to loose this weight.

Spend some time reading the various posts in the faqs forum, nutrition forum and general fitness forum.

Adding exercise to your lifestyle will help you get to a healthy weight faster. try starting with walking a little every other day, then adding time or days as you get fitter.

ieting isn't good for you, in the long run you need to think of it as eating healthier for life.
there is a lot of great info and people who will answer questions and support you here, stick around and educate yourself!
