hey guys,

can u recommend a nice tasting protein powder, there was 1 suggested a while ago which has loads of flavours like peanut butter and stuff, BBFIT metnioned 1

is this available in the UK, like protein milk stuff?

I would assume so but I don't live in the UK so I wouldn't know for sure. I would check out some websites and see if you can find out if it ships to your location.

Never tried muscle milk.. I can't say I like the taste of any protein powders, but I think EAS is a good brand for protein powders, they're bareable. The best thing you can do is make your own though, a lot of protein powders have fillers and aren't all good protein. If you read Arnold's Encyclopedia they have a lot of good recipes for protein shakes, I use them sometimes and they taste pretty good.

You need to try muscle milk then I think you'll be pleasantly suprised. Also nectar by syntrax makes a good post workout protein, many different flavors

There's actually a peanut butter flavored protein powder? Man I got to get me some of that! Any opinions on the taste of this peanut butter flavored protein powder?
