Since i started working out about 5 weeks ago every time i work my calves at about the end of my 2nd set the archs of my feet start to hurt extremly bad, almost to the point were it hurts to walk afterwords. i asked the guy that ownes the gym if it was my for or anything he said my for was fine. he did suggest that i use less wieght and do more reps but it still starts to hurt really bad. it's gotten to the point to i really cant work my calves well cause my arches start to hurt before i feel any burn in my calves, i've taken karate for about 7 years (stopped about 2 years ago) and never had this problem before.
