I just finished my first 8 week programme albeit a week late, what do i do now?i still have 4 weeks of abs program left,I updated my exercise but it gives me more or less same routine for 8 weeks again? How do you get on a 12 week program?Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Just start again with the 8 weeks. You will see even better reults. Add in the ab program and give it a go. You can substititute where ever you want if you get bored doing the same exercises. Just make sure your substitutes target the same muscle.
