hey guys, i was just wondering if somebody could help me out a bit with my menu. I'm looking to gain weight and bulk up. I currently am 160lbs and about 6'2. I recently purchased a big ol' tub of whey protein so i have that as well. Nebody have any good whey protein shake recipes?? well thanks guys, any help is much appreciated thanks

alright thanks... i have read that after workouts, carbohydrates should be eaten... What is an easy after-workout meal of carbohydrates that i could eat? without too much time preparing the food

try to have a simple carb.. something like a bowl of vector, white rice, a potato, pasta.. something that will be broken down quick and get into your system fast.. if you are looking to add size, take in about have your bodyweight in grams of a carb (ie weigh 200 lbs, take in 100 g carbs). something like a cup of juice, cup of pasta, and some mixed vegetables maybe..
