Hi to all. Today I get my fitness test and it is worse than before, only 28. Is there something wrong with my workout? I have FT exercise training schedule, I am working as hard as I can and no improvement. I'm starting to loose my motivation to do workout. What to do to improve it?

How long have you been at it now? This is a long journey. In regards to cardio fitness, generally loses it THREE times faster than you gain it. Keep this in mind.
8-12 weeks is a critical point - the point at which MOST people quit. Are you at this point right now?
What are your goals? What workout are you doing? What kind of test are you taking? Does your workouts correlate? Are you in better shape today, then you were (screw the test)?
As chimp says also, there could be other factors.

I did that test after 25 min cardio (3.5 m/h 136 - 138 HR).
I'm working out in 8 -12 weeks window now and I'm little out of patience because of the result with my cardio, but other are improved. I'm afraid I screw up with my diet. It looks like I'm spinning tires in the mud...
Thanks for your help.
