Diet Diet Diet!! There is no spot reduction...if you got fat somewhere, Diet and Cardio are the only way to get rid of it.

How many calories is dependant on your build. Get a nutritional plan here and it'll give you a rough estimate of you necessary caloric needs. Then you can take away 100-200 a week till you start to see results. Do this over 6 mini-meals throughout the day.
Jogging is good cardio...30-45 minutes 3-4 days a week. Weight training won't hurt either as muscle helps to burn fat.

ok thank you sir, i take in 1200 a day, and run 20 minutes 5 days a week, will i atleast lose weight?
