Thats alot more than I expected it come up with on my profile! I was curently at around 1,500 a day, along wit 30 min of jump rope 4 days a week. I've been doing this for 2 weeks now, does that mean that I should be eating like 3 times as much?

Yeah, it's really high for a lot of people. Don't know what to say. I think that 1500 calories is good to lose weight though.

You should be eating 6 times a day. Take you calories and split them up. That way you get the metabolism going and pumping all day.
Fill out your profile and we'll be able to help you out a bit more on the Caloric needs. Sometimes the nutritional planner can be a little high on calories.

what are your goals? I mean that's not a lot of calories if you're trying to put on muscle, and you're very active and have high metabolism.....it all depends....1500 calories is very very little for most people...unless u weight like 100 lb...

Or unless your metabolism is ruined because you lost weight the wrong way. (thinking that's what happened to me) If I eat 1500 calories I will gain weight. Maybe I'm not counting them right.
