hi all , i have been reading as much on these posts as i can , and i have come across alot of people saying try my routine, my question is - lets say that i am doing a basic mass building course , then i try one of these routines , do i go back to my old one after , or do i continue and do theirs , i only ask because many of them do not say how long to do it , or what to do when its over

You need to find a routine that works for you and do it....I have used same routines for many months...trying to increase poundages and reps....if some1's routine is working for you then stick with it.....if your routine works for you then stick with it also....generally try to stick with a routine for 8-12 weeks before switching especially if it's working for you...if it doesn't then switch to somehting else....

people give routines that work for them....not necessarily ones that work for you....after you finish with a certain program...reevaluate your goals and then start another program that accounts for the updated goals.....whether it's your old mass program, the current program that you used, or some completely different one...

I am glad that you're now more clear on this...it takes some time to become comfortable with these things...
