i want to gain mass, lots if i can , but my exersise chart says 20 reps, then 16 --and so on , why?, i thought lower sets with more weight was the way to gain mass
or maybe it's because your in the beginner section and your on your first week and the workout focuses more on form than weight and then maybe it'll lower the reps and add more weight.
