what do you do after the 12 week program , just go back to my regular routine i have on here

i got a ?? i just started not to long ago and i aim to be built im currently on a six pack program and i was wonderin if it would work better if i did the work out for my abs everyday or if i just do it when the site says

do abs 1-3 days a week....or whatever the site suggested...which I think is probably that anyway...abs are just like any other muscle group....your 6pack will depend mostly on your nutrition...
