Hi! It has been a while since I have been here. Since then I have gained a few unwanted lbs. I once was Awesome, but no more. I'm 24 years old, 5'9" tall, and at 198 lbs. I was 180 lbs of muscle, but now most of it is fat in my gut and my butt. I have started a low carb diet to lose the fat, but I am getting back on the iron to to get back my muscle mass. Pumping Iron that is. What exercises other than walking should I do to get rid of the fat and bring it back to muscle and gain more muscle than before. Any help
