hey everyone,
i didn't expect my first post here to be so, uh, assinine, but...
i just busted out in a fit of hemroids yesterday after my upper body workout the day before.
i'm new to weight training. unfortunately, not so new to hemroids.
i searched the site and found no posts about lifting aggravating hemroids. Is it just me?
anyone got any remedies?
I don't want to not work out, but i'll probably aggravate it.
any thoughts?
thanks

visit your drug store for some over the counter medication...witch hazel pads work...there are some some medications readily available to help you out....whether weight training caused it I don't know...for that you need to make an appointment with your doctor and have a check up for any possible problems...

Breath...breath...breath!! Seriously...make sure you're breathing appropriately. Inproper breathing causes your body to strain all over.
Also take a look at this. Was doing a little checking around and ran across it. http://www.benbest.com/calories/hemorrh.html
