I have a friend visiting Wednesday and he'll be here for two weeks. He wants me to show him the tourist attractions around here and I doubt I'll have much time to make it to the gym, so here's my question. My workout plan from this site is as follows:
But is it okay to change it, so that I get all my workouts in before he arrives? I was thinking of something like this:
Sunday - back/calves
Monday - chest/biceps/abs
Tuesday - legs/calves
Wednesday - shoulders/triceps/abs
This way I'll at least get my workouts in during his first week here (he'll be here for two weeks). I'll figure out something for the next week.
