I have a friend visiting Wednesday and he'll be here for two weeks. He wants me to show him the tourist attractions around here and I doubt I'll have much time to make it to the gym, so here's my question. My workout plan from this site is as follows:

Monday - back/calves
Tuesday - chest/biceps/abs
Thursday - legs/calves
Friday - shoulders/triceps/abs

But is it okay to change it, so that I get all my workouts in before he arrives? I was thinking of something like this:
Sunday - back/calves
Monday - chest/biceps/abs
Tuesday - legs/calves
Wednesday - shoulders/triceps/abs

This way I'll at least get my workouts in during his first week here (he'll be here for two weeks). I'll figure out something for the next week.

Of course...thats the nice thing about training. A change is also refreshing, it wiil feel strange at first.
