Hi all,

I just registered on the site... I cant believe I didnt come across it sooner. Here is my story, I worked out for about a year, 7 months ago, before my wife got pregnant and had to stop. I was bulking up huge with protein shakes and creatine, because I was skinny.
Now all that went down to my gut due to not hitting the gym at all.

I never really got into the whole diet thing as I was eating everything available to me. :) Unfortunately I cant figure out some of the features of the site. I cant click on a bunch of things, like the 12 week abdominal blast thing. Anyway, I am looking to lose at least 30%-40% of what I gained to look toned, including a 6 pack.

Can you guys hook me up with a diet and exercise that will help? I figured you are more experienced in this than I ever was.

thanks in advance
J

I think theres only a certain amount of programs you can select. How many have you selected already?

You didn't really bulk up...Bulking implies trying to gain as much muscles/weight as possible.....while gainign fat is unavoidable....most of it will be muscle....

not working out and eating same calories...the excess calories are simply converted to fat......so you just gained most of the weight in fat....

Search through different posts using SEARCH feature at bottom of page....

you'll need to cut calories...try by 500(whether through diet or diet&cardio)....so you'll lose a pound a week...

you'll need to do cardio 2-4 days a week for best results...
