Help, I seem to keep the fat around the upper part of my hips, right where the low rise jeans fall. It looks terrible. I don't weigh very much about 105, 5 ft 3, what is the deal? I know I should have curves, but this disgusts me. What can be done about this??? I try exercise, cardio and weights, I eat fairly clean?

Hmm, I am not an expert on this problem because I cant say I have ever had it. However I will tell you what I tell all the people I train that have this problem.
Eat very low calories with little to no fat. Space out your meals into 5 small meals a day and don't eat after 6:00 P.M. Exercises you can do to help include: Hip Extension, Leg Curls, Straight Leg Dead Lift, and Step Ups, 4 to 5 sets of each. Do 30 mintues of stair master in the morning, and 30 minutes of either stair master or running directly before you go to bed.
I have seen much success in this, this is what I would reccomend for you to do.
