I took a week and half off because I was on vacation.
My program has finished but should i just continue until i finish it on my own?
Also, it says i get a week off after i have completed it.
Since i just took a week off, what do i do?
Any suggestions will help.

you should finish the program you are on before starting another.... then go from there!

I would just start a new one and consider your vacation your rest week. It will do no harm to you.

If you were almost done with the program then just go ahead and start a new one and consider your vacation the break between the two....it's not a big deal...just start a new program...increase the weights so that it's challenging and keep going...
