yes, your suppose to do each set for the exercises that is lists. With a 30 to 60 sec rest in between each set of reps. I dont know about you but for me it was hard to do them all atfirst, but after a few days it gets alittle easier....

Oh....haha....I had no clue what s/he was saying...
If all 3-4 sets per exercise are too hard for you...do just 1 or 2...first couple of weeks....it might actually be better this way...as a complete beginner...it might be best to do full body workout 2-3 times a week with just 1 working set per exercise...(you'll still do a light warm up set per exercise..)
