uhhhh in my workout it has Wide grip chins to front, i didnt know what it was so i checked it out and you have to use like a pull up bar. And i dont have one......well actually i do have one but its not wide like that, is there maybe an alternative that might do the same thing? http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/ExerciseDescription.jsp?e_name=Wide_Grip_Chins_to_front

do you have access to a lat pulldown? you can use practically any bar.. just grip wider than your shoulders

for the vertical bench crunch, you can just do regular leg raises. they will target lower abdominals as well.

you should be fine doing chins on the bar you have then.. most people equate wider grip chins with a wider back, but this isnt really the case.. just vary the distance to target different muscle fibers

a military press isnt going to be targeting the same muscle.. thats involved with the deltoids (shoulders) primarily, and the chin up is your lats
