train heavy with compound exercises....and consume more carbs to make up for the lots of running...try eating somewhere around 18-25 calories per lb.....depending on the length of the run...try the lower end....if not working...bump up the caloric intake....eat 1.5 g of protein per lb....and and take in 3-4g of carbs per lb..(try to consume mostly complex kind: yams, sweet potatoes, buck wheat, brown rice, lentils......except directly after a workout when you should aim for simple carbs.....white rice, potatoes, pasta, etc....)
