After looking at all the other topics that i've found to try to help me i couldn't really find one. I'm 17 years old 160 pounds and 5'11. I play sports and have the time to work out up to 5x a week. My goal is to be around 175 for next year for football. I'm taking protein (n-large) and meal replacements (big-100's). I need to know what other people think would be a good workout schedule for me to gain muscle and weight. If you can help me please post.

First off- fill out a profile so we know a little more about you... then I would recommend trying one of ft's exercise programs, they work great :)

When you are trying to build mass, you want to do cardio about 2 times a week max, about 30-45 minutes of it at each cardio workout. Also very important is your diet. I would recommend doing a FT Nutrition plan as well, inputting "building mass" as your nutritional goal. It will give you a great idea of what your card/protien/fat intake should be for maximumized results.

Hope this helps you :)
