Hi everyone. I just had a question about what to eat. I'm 6'3 175, and im rather skinny, over the summer while off from school I'm planning to put on some size. If anyone has any suggestions to what type's of food, what kind of cardio, etc. I would really appreciate it. Thanks

whoop. in terms of your cardio, if you are looking to put on some size, keep it minimal (ie only a few times a week). when you do do it, try to do HIIT. check out fitbuddy for what that is.
