I have been doing 45 min of cardio 4-5 times a week and it doesn't seem to be helping. I notice a difference in my arms and stomach but my legs are still huge! I have a lot of fat and big muscle in my legs and I am unsure of how to get rid of it. i am afraid of doing squats and lunges with any weight because it just seems to have made my legs bigger in the past. I have tried doing these excercises without weight and a lot of reps. I am not sure the frequency by which I should be working my legs to get them smaller. Thanks!
