Is it a good exercise? importent? for what is it for? Can you do it as a beginner (6 mounths)?

great exercise, works virtually every muscle. builds terrific hip, lower back, and trap muscle mass, and involves butt and quads alot too. you can do it as a beginner, just make sure you have the proper technique.

you should definitely do it...it should be a staple of your back workout....done first...and your hamstring(stiff legged deadlift) workout...
