hi, I am currently on the program designed to help you gain muscle mass, but i also want to be fit and in shape. be able to run for long distinces and stuff. so i was wondering what i should do about my cardio workout. if i should do it after my workout, on my off days, or what. please help me out. thank you

generally to bulk up as much as u can...u shouldn't do cardioo...however if you really want to...you can do it on days off from weight training or after weight training...

Yes of course, you will be burning calories! much harder

But remember that weight lifting alone does not give you the same health benefits as cardio - such as reduced blood pressure, reduced risk of heart disease etc. - for this you should be doing a minimum of 20 minutes cardio 3 times a week.
