I am 43 male 6' 3" , I started a serious work out program on March 20, 2005. My start weight was 228 Lbs. I am currently 215 lbs. I do 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and alternate weights and abs every other day.I have heard that the last fifteen lbs or so is the hardest to get off. I eat a very healthy , low fat diet. My goal weight is 200 to 195 lbs. Am I doing enough to reach my goals?

you may want to get into a more resistance training focused plan now, with cardio secondary. as you build up your lean muscle, your metabolism is gonna rise, and you'll burn more calories that way. the cardio can still be used to supplement extra fat cutting, but can take a back seat to the weights. there was a recent post that advocated checking out the "weight loss and definition" program on this site, maybe that can help you. I havent checked it personally, but there may be some tweaks you can use. Also fill out your profile, and take a gander a the other programs offered here.. they can help set guidelines to get you to your goals. good luck!
