Ok this has never happened to me before!
I was on a uper body work out rutien for about 12 months and and I got pretty buff. But at school wrestling started and that took so much time I could not find or make time for my work out for almost the whole season(3 months Nov.1 to Feb 12). Sence the season was over I have been tring to get back on track but I have only been able to work out a few times a month. There is only one more month of school left so I should have more than enough time to work out hard for about 4 months. I was wonder how long will it take me to get my self to the way I was about 8 months ago.

personally, i ended up not working out over the entire summer, it was 4 months. i lost 35 lbs, most of it probably being muscle! i got back into proper weight training, and now it is 8 months later and i am past what i had accomplished before.

it will come back alot faster than if you had just started, but be ready to take the time and energy to invest in it. you are going to be substantially weaker, and you have to realize that, and build up the proper way. with time though, you'll regain what you had..

Thank you.
I have been freaking out thinking that it will take me a year to get it back so what you have has really helped me.

yeah man, i was totally bummed about it too. i knew it was gonna be a long hard road. the easiest way i found was to start off bulking right away. dont worry about hanging on to a super cut figure or anything, just bulk up with muscle, and subsequently fat in the process. you can always cut it off later, and it will ensure you are getting all your nutrients your body needs to grow
