what are some good workouts that I can do to keep my strength?
I am trying to avoid any kind of shoulder workouts, bench press, dips, and some back workouts....but it is really frustraing. Is there some good workouts that I can do to keep my strength?
I worked so hard for the past year to get to where I am :(

you can do squats and try to do deadlifts...
however you may want to focus your time on seeing a specialist and doing some form of therapy for your shoulders to speed up with recovery....tendonitis is basically inflammation of the tendons...and the recovery from it varies from a couple of weeks to persisting for years....like i said see a specialist and see what he recommends...I think lifting at this time would be a poor idea....
