if I work my abs really hard and I take creatine does it bulid them up faster? should I take creatine before or after workouts and if before workouts when should I take it?

1) Creatine is a very small edge considering the big picture (intensity/frequency/DIET) in lifting. Experts here will tell you that you don't really need it in the beginning.
