I have lost about 50 pounds and I am stuck at this weight.
I am at 140 pounds . I would still like to lose 10 more pounds ...
I have been body buiding for the past 5 years and I am pretty comfortable in the gym.
I know how to lift weights and I have lots of info at my fingers.
I lost my weight by doing the Body for Life

It may be time to readjust your calories and your weights with regard to weight training. Evaluate what you are eating, maybe write it down for a couple weeks, sometimes when we get extremely close to our goals, we don't realize it as much if we are exceeding our daily calories as there isn't so much a gain as a plateau effect. How are you setting as far as body fat percentage? That would be a good indicator of the amount of fat you can still burn off. Good luck to you and congratulations on your weight loss!
