Hey, I weight train quite frequently but was faced with a difficult question the other day by my girlfriend. She thinks shes putting on some weight-- mostly on her behind and love handles. Shes relatively skinny approx. 120 pounds. She wanted to know some of the things she could do to reduce and tone these areas. Any exercises you guys would suggest? Thanks.
