Hi everyone. I just joined this site about 30 minutes ago. I, like many others here, am looking to tone my body and lose a large amount of weight. I'm 23 years old and I weigh approx. 300-320 lbs. I've been reading through these posts and I love that you are all so supportive. I also plan to take some of the advice you all have given about recording proteins, carbs, etc. Also, today is the first day I've really done any type of workout in a while. I did some of the exercises recommended after filling out my profle and I feel really good. I was not able to do as many reps as it said but it's a start. I hope this is the right place to post this
