1. I play football and basketball and i wondered if during those seasons if my heart rate woudl stay elevated enought during practice to be considered cardio? or shoudl i do some sort of cardio that same day?
2. Should i do cardio in the morning before i eat or after i eat? and if i do cardio in the morning for 30 minutes on an empty stomach will i have to worry about losing some of my muscle mass?

football/basketball are more than enough cardio
if you want to gain muscle then it's best to cut out all cardio...ie bulking....
it's best to exercise 30 minutes after a light breakfast...maybe even a liquid meal...
