I need mass. I'm 15 years old, and only 96lbs!!! I don't starve myself, when i'm hungry i eat anything, n any amount i like (meals or junk food)and my weight never seems to change. this is also telling me that i'm not building muscles when i workout!! can any1 help?? i want a fresh start to get bigger and stronger.
eat clean.. workout... give plenty of rest to ur body.. do not overtrain... avoid junk food... building muscles is a slow process (i'm going through it :()... they never come quick... stay committed.. and u'll get what u want :)
