Hey Everyone!! I have learned a lot from reading but I have a question : I have started to work out every morning and do 30-40 minutes of a "full body" routine with weights and an exercise ball. 3 afternoons a week I do 45-60 minuts of cardio. I do not feel like Im accomplishing anything. I have low carb intake and eat decent and healthy meals- lots of fruit, lots of veggies, yogurt and I stick to chicken or turkey. Im trying to get rid of the fat around my waist, which is where i seem to gain everything. I am frustrated and am pretty useless when it comes to know how to train. I have an athletic build- but i cant loose the fat. Should I change it up? I am becoming discouraged, I understand it takes time, but any help is appreciated!:dumbbell:

if possible join a gym...
biggest/fastest gains you'll see from doing compound/multi joint exercises.....deadlifts, squats, rows, pull ups, push ups, etc.....
although fruits are very healthy...don't over eat them especially later in the day...they are still carbs....and some more sugary fruits can have a negative impact on your physique......if you do eat them....try to eat them mostly in the morning and midday and focus more on yogurt, cottage chesse, nuts, oats, as snacks/meals later in the day....or before going to bed
don't expect dramatic results with a good diet/exercise...one which forces you to change your habits slowly and one which takes time(vs crazy diets where you lose 30lb in 30 days and then gain 50lb next year).....first you should notice strength increases....then slowly maybe 3-6 months you'll def start noticing body transformation.....however give it time....gl

thanks a lot, I had no idea fruits were carbs (see, i know nothing). I eat Mango, grapes and blueberries all day and i thought that was good. I will cut down on those after lunch. Any particulat fruits to stay away from? Any ideas for someone who cant join a gym?
Thanks!
