perhaps you're sensitive to change in pressure....similar to people who get light headed when they get up too fast....

you could be sensitive to changes in weather.....

you could be sensitive to certain foods....you can get headaches from food allergies which can be quite severe.....it can be from one or many things....nuts, coffee, chocolate, dairy, fruits...(could be orange juice) etc....

and related:
'Exercise-Induced Food Allergy

At least one situation may require more than the simple ingestion of a food allergen to provoke a reaction: exercise-induced food allergy. People who experience this reaction eat a specific food before exercising. As they exercise and their body temperature goes up, they begin to itch, get light-headed, and soon have allergic reactions such as hives or even anaphylaxis. The cure for exercised-induced food allergy is simple—not eating for a couple of hours before exercising. '

go have this checked out....if it is in fact a food allergy....once you take this/these foods out of your diet....the headaches will go away

Aneurysm in the Brain

Alternate Names : Aneurysm - Cerebral, Cerebral Aneurysm

Brain Aneurysm Symptoms & Signs

Aneurysms usually cause no symptoms unless they rupture and cause bleeding into the brain. Often, an aneurysm is found when a CAT scan or MRI is performed for an unrelated reason. Occasionally, the aneurysm gets big enough to compress nearby structures and can cause symptoms such as:

Double vision
Loss of vision
Headaches
Eye and/or neck pain

Symptoms of an aneurysm that has bled may include:

Sudden occurrence of a headache (severe or described as "the worst in patient's experience")
Headaches with nausea or vomiting
Stiff neck (occasionally)
Muscle weakness, difficulty moving any part of the body
Numbness or decreased sensation in any part of the body
Vision changes (double vision, loss of vision)
Eye lid drooping
Changes in mental status, the person may be confused, lethargic, sleepy, or stuporous
Seizures
Slow, sluggish, lethargic movement
Speech impairment
Sudden onset of irritability, impulsivity or poor temper control

get it checked out....depending on the cause of it...your exercising should be adjusted....if it's aneurysm then you need to deal with it ASAP and stop exercising until then...

if it's food allergies then you need to eliminate foods that cause the headaches

if it's pressure sensitivity perhaps there are medications that can help with that....

go get checked out the sooner the better

good luck
