Hello there to all my friends in the overweight forums(as well as any of my other friends who read this here)

Who knew that not haveing internet at work would affect my posting so much?? I am happy to be back from my.....gosh, month long hiatis, and look forward to getting back into the ft groove.

Exersize has been slacking a bit. I hurt my ankle going up our new stairs, and have been babying it probably more than I should. :( HOwever, we are still eating well. I actually bought a bag of frozen shrimp the other day. Not as expensive as I thought it would be, and very tasty.

I just want you all to know that I missed you during my time off from ft, and I am happy to be back and get caught up on all that has gone on while I was away!!!

Ahhh, there you are! I almost sent out the marines!

(Hey, Ivan, your doggy is adorable, is this the one that was ill for a while, I forget? My little Chihuahua was ill for four days, didn't move, vet gave her three shots and a prescription and on Sunday she finally started racing around again, thankfully! Those critters can really dig a spot in your heart, eh!)
