after reading and searching through the message board ive seen ppl say dat they benched liek 200lbs wen the was 15 wut age did u guys start benchin n how u guys get up so high?

I started off benching 1000 lbs. I have since backed off because of the pressure on my joints.

lol hec...you too?

ash if some people can bench a lot while they are fairly young it's because they are fairly big in size or have osme sort of leverage advantage or just matured faster....however many of them are probably exaggerations....


From my experience it took me years of experimentation with different exercises, reps, routines, etc to keep improving....
