use this formula... put some weight (as much as u think u can pick 12 times) and do the specified reps (12 for example).. if u still have enough energy to do more reps go on do them.. but NEXT time.. add more weight for this set.. the idea is to do the number of reps specified by FT program and be at a strength level where u cannot do another rep of the same set...
