I havedone well weight the weight loss and I want to thank you guys for the wonderful information I found here. I was in a wheelchair temporarily and gained 40lbs. Since December I have lost 30lbs with a combination of cardio, weight training, and eating clean 5-6 times a day. The thing is I have been struggeling for a month now to lose this last 10lbs. I have gained a lot of muscle and am happy I haven't gained because I knopw it weighths more than fat. Now however I am ready to uncover it by getting rid of this last layer of fat. Any suggestions? I fo cardio 3X times a week mixing HIIT with endurance. I weight train 3X a week and give myself Sunday for a rest day. I am 5'2 and 120lbs. I really would appreciate any suggestions.

how long is your cardio for each session?....maybe to try to extend your sessions....so that if e.g. it's 30 min...go for 45-60 min....

you can also decrease resting time between sets while weight lifting to burn more caloric...by keeping your heart rate up...

you might need to start lowering your caloric intake....by 50-100 calories every few weeks....while doing this make sure to get plenty of protein

....and take a fish oil supplement to spare muscle....

...if possible split down your meals even further into 7 or 8....including shake when u just get up or before you go to sleep, snacks(e.g. handful of nuts), etc...you just need to maintain a feeling of satiety that will prevent you from overeating on any one meal....

good luck
