Is weight training with the flu a good idea? Or should i let my body use all its resources to fight this thing off?

If you got the flu I would rest up and let the body heal, be sure to keep to your diet as best you can, load up on the zinc and vitamin c. hope ya feel better soon

generally no....but if you don't have a fever....you can do a moderate work out...I have worked out with a flu before....from my experience I seem to have like 80% of my usual strength on such occassions....but I still like to go for the routine....is it a good idea? LOL prolly not...but once you get into routine.....exercise can become addictive...

thanks for the feedback. i know what you mean about wanting to keep the routine menance in my experience once you start to miss a few its easier to make excuses, but i think i'll just wait this out
