Hello FT community:

I love this site/program, it has been very helpful.

My question is with regards to "customizing" my program to fit my desired fitness needs.

When I first started using this site, I worked with the automatic program generated by FT, but I have since decided to use the "customize" feature, available through the "Professional Program Feature" ($65 fee).

I upgraded to this level to give me the freedom to choose what exercises I did (and did not do) to provide me with the freedom to target areas as I progressed.

My question is that upon "customizing" my program after 4 weeks, I have found that the tracking of my progress is not available. Therefore almost 5 weeks of this program, has left me with zero reference with regards to my progress/elevation in strength.

I am by no means "ripped" or of "competition" calibre, but I paid for the upgrade to allow for "customization", but as it appears this "customizing" comes at a price...loss of data entered, fitness tracking non-existent, and it has left me very frustrated with the whole process.

Customizing my workout for a particular week was the understanding when I signed up for the "Professional Level", unfortunately this doens't come across to be the truth.

How is "customizing" your regime good for you if doing so costs you your fitness tracking reference. This tool is used for gauging your intensity and program direction, as well as your nutritional requirements.

I would appreciate any information that anyone can offer, including the FT Moderator's, as I believe they will have a clear explanation for the "glitch" I have experienced.

"The written ideas and concerns are my own, and are only expressed to ensure that I receive the services which I have paid for; to get an understanding of how this program truly works ensuring I am able to use the services fully and to help make this site even more useful to the many members that use it already, as well as those will use it in the future."

Thank you much,

DAL

I don't know about the online tracking...but you should also have a journal which you carry with you to the gym ....and write everything you do for that day in it....ie date/time...exercises used, how you did those exercises, how you felt while doing those exercises....etc....it's been very helpful to me....so that later you can enter them into the spreedsheets of your computer....but still have it with you at the gym and as a back up....
