I'm completing my 8th week on FT. My fitness plan looks like it will expire. Will it? How do you continue it?

Thanks!

By the way, I'm down 41 lbs in those 8 weeks! Thanks FT!

Congrats on the change!

After your program is done, take some time off... a week or so... then start a new program...!

I think David, what Tim is saying is make sure you're adequately rested, both physically and mentally. From the sounds of it, you've gotten alot out of FT! Congratulations on the drop man! I agree w/ Tim, take some time off and rest/refocus. You're really the only one that can determine how long you think you need off. If it's your regular day(s) off at the end, or a whole week, you'll know if you listen to your body. Well done again on the progress! I hope I can post an improvement like that.

once your program is finished and you are rested, you can get another program by going into your exercise profile and restating your goals. You could try a special program for a change.
The alternative would be to do a fitbuddysearch and look at programs on the message boards, or pick a program out of a good fitness magazine (and if you're not sure if it's good, you could post a thread to get it checked)

well done so far and good luck

great job....the hardest part however is keeping up....you have hoprefully changed your behaviors/routine that led to your weight problems to begin with.....so make a note of that.....so that you don't revert back....

take a week off after the 8 weeks....do 'active rest'.....so walk/play sports/go hiking......go swimming.....etc......

after the week choose another program to help you progress.....change is a good thing as it deals with fitness....otherwise your body becomes accustomed and finds more 'effecient' ways of adapting to the stress of exercise....which in this case is not a good thing.....
