hey, im a teenager and I never exercise ever...and now im over weight...I dont have a membership to a gym, or weights at home..I just want my belly fat to go away...what kind of exercises should I do...and also..I work at a mortgage company..so we only have a 1/2 hour luch break so everyone just gets fast food...any ideas on healthy things I can make that are filling?? THX

start walking/jogging/running/combination of these...for 30-45 minutes 4 days a week
join a gym.....
cut out the junk food....fried foods.....soda....
