I have recently started taking Krav Maga classes. I wanted to add some variety to my workouts and hopefully learn a little about self defense as well. I didn't know exactly what to expect, but after doing this class I must say I am very excited! I felt like I got a great cardio workout as well as strength training. Does anyone here take these classes? And do you think it is ok to use this as my cardio workout. I get very bored on machines at the gym and tend to slack when I do that type of cardio. The class routine varies from week to week and keeps me very interested. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
