its now time that i start dieting and getting ready for the beaches and everything that comes with summer. but although this may sound stupid, the FT nutritional program says i should stick with about 2800ish calories a day to lose weight. to me that seems like a normal day of eating. should i cut back more than 2800 calories or stick with it and with healthy eating i should start to see some weight drop off? i weigh 185 and i lift 4 days a week and swim 4 days a week as well (not always the same days). thanks a lot
Well, again a nutritional calculator can only spit out a number by a formula. You need to find and know your maintenenace calories, and then proceed with calorie cuts from there. Guessing will just frustrate you, and makes one think this stuff doesn't work. Good luck to you...
